MATTHEWS, Elizabeth (nee Miller)
With her family by her side, Elizabeth passed away peacefully on January 5, 2011 at the Mariann Nursing Home in her ninetieth year. Predeceased by her husband Charles, survived by her children Charles (Jane), Rosemary, John (Josie), grandchildren Scott, Elizabeth, Robert (Tambra), John-Michael, Melanie (Chris), Paul, Laura, great-grandchildren Shaelyn and Taylor. Elizabeth will be remembered by all her family and friends in Canada, Britain and abroad.
Visitation will be held at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Highway 7, Woodbridge, on Saturday, January 8 from 2 - 4 p..m. and 7 - 9 p.m.
Funeral service will be held at Ward Funeral Home on Monday, January 10 at 1 p.m.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Mariann Nursing Home in Richmond Hill or The Alzheimer's Society of Canada
