Elizabeth Lucchetta (nee Kulczycki) passed away peacefully on July 24, 2023, at Crescent Hill Retirement Place in Brampton, Ontario. Born in 1935, in the small town of Buchanan, Saskatchewan, Elizabeth was a sister to 13 siblings. At the age of 15, she moved from Midland, Ontario to join her sisters in Toronto. There, years later, she met Frank Lucchetta and were wed on July 14, 1956. Three children followed, Frank Jr., Jeffery, and Jennifer. Elizabeth and Frank were married up until Frank's passing in 2010. Elizabeth was an expert knitter, who was known to whip up a sweater in no time. She loved to read and spent many days immersed in a book. She was a strong, quiet woman, with the biggest heart and beautiful smile. She made us who we are. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her, but her strength, resilience, and love will live with us forever.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 28, 2023 from 2:00pm until 6:00pm at Ward Funeral Home, 52 Main Street South, Brampton. The family would also like to extend an invitation to family and friends to join them on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at 11:00am at Assumption Cemetery, Our Lady of Fatima Mausoleum, to lay Elizabeth with her Husband Frank in her final place of rest.
