YOUNG, Elizabeth (Betty)
Peacefully at home with family by her side on March 22, 2016 at the age of 77, Betty was promoted to glory after a courageous battle with cancer. Loving Mother of Glenn and his wife Debbie, Paul and his wife Sally, and Sandi and her husband Mike. Cherished Nana of Cooper, Darcy, Brady, Skylar, Kate, Jessica and Matthew. Will be dearly missed by her best friend of 62 years Lily Stewart and forever loved by her extended family and special friends. Family would like to extend a personal thank you to the wonderful staff of Canes PSW’s.A celebration of Betty’s life will be held at The Salvation Army Etobicoke Temple, 2155 Kipling Avenue, Etobicoke on Saturday, April 2nd at 1:00pm, with service to follow at 2:00pm.As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated per Betty’s wishes.
