Elena Capobianco

With heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of Elena while surrounded by her family on Wednesday, February 21, 2018; at the age of 94. Elena is now reunited with her late husband Giuseppe and sons Tony and Bruno. Beloved mother- in-law to Nicki and Gina. Loving grandmother to Elena, Gianna, Daniela (William), Josie (Paul) and Gabriela (Christopher). Cherished great grandmother to Dionicio, Lucas and Siena. Dear sister to Concetta and Immacolata. Elena will be dearly missed but lovingly remembered by her family and friends. Visitation will take place at the Ward Funeral Home (4671 Highway #7) on Sunday from 4-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St Roch’s Church (2889 Islington Avenue, Toronto) on Monday, February 26, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of choice would be appreciated.
