Foster, Elaine Jean (nee Barnes)

Passed away peacefully at Exterdicare Brampton on Thursday, October 29, 2015. Daughter of the late Bertha & Charles Barnes. Loving wife of the late Joseph Foster. Loving mother of Louise and her husband Tim. Pre deceased by her brothers Earl, Ross and Delbert, survived by her sister in law Nancy Barnes. She will be missed by her nieces, nephews and friends. Elaine’s family would like to thank ALL the staff at Extendicare Brampton, especially the Fletchers Creek staff for their wonderful care, patience and understanding throughout my mom’s journey. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, “Brampton Chapel” 52 Main Street South, Brampton on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. and Monday from 12-1 p.m. followed by a service in the chapel. A private family interment will take place at King City Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, in honour of Elaine’s memory, please show an act of kindness, be it towards one another or a furry friend. Pay it forward for Elaine.
