It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Eduarda Maria Gouveia, who peacefully joined the Lord on Wednesday, January 11th, 2023 at the age of 78 at Woodhall Long Term Care Home, surrounded by her dearest family. She will be missed by her loving family, friends, and all those who had the honour of knowing her.
Dearly beloved wife of the late Manuel De Chaves Gouveia. Loving mother of Debbie and her husband Joe Correia, Nancy and her husband Dwayne Nielsen, Kevin and his wife Michelle Gouveia and Sally Gouveia. Loving Grandmother of Bradley, Colin, Taylor, Blake, Bryce, Brooke, Ashley, Chloe and Justin.
Resting at Ward Funeral Home, 52 Main Street South, Brampton. Visitation from 5-9pm on Friday January 13th, 2023. A mass will be held on Saturday January 14th, 2023 at 10:00am, Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church 101 Malta Avenue, Brampton. Following the mass the burial will be held at Meadowvale Cemetery, Brampton. A Reception to follow at Vasco da Gama Cultural Center, 25 Fisherman Dr Unit 19, Brampton.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by the family.
