Peacefully in her sleep at West Park Long Term Care Center, Toronto on Friday January 7, 2011 Doris Fletcher in her 93rd year passed from this life to the next. Born in Orillia, Ontario she was a longtime resident of Toronto where she raised her family. Beloved wife of the late Richmond Stanley (Stan) Fletcher. Loving mother of Doug (Sylvia), Irene (Michael) Beaupre, Gareth (Kathy), Janet Fletcher and the late Allena (Peter) Salvador. Proud and cherished grandmother of Ashley (Chad), Amy (Mike), Daniel, Tim, Nathan (Melissa), Madeleine, Andrew and Emma. Dear sister of Clair Clark (Mary), Delma Clark and the late Clifford, Mervyn and Bruce Clark. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston on Saturday from 2-5 pm. A Celebration of her life will be held in the chapel on Sunday at 3:00 pm. Cremation to follow.
