Longtime resident of the Weston area.
Peacefully in her sleep at home on Wednesday October 26, 2011 at the age of 81. Beloved mother of Gary, Debbie Neilson (Charlie), Ron, Terry, and Sandy McGuire (Mike). Cherished grandma of Mike, Mandy (Les), Craig, Melanie, Kevin, and Justin. Remembered by her sisters Myrt Clarence and Marg Duff. Predeceased by her brother Bob. Doreen will be greatly missed by her many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home (2035Weston Road N. of Lawrence Ave. W., Weston) on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral Service in the chapel on Tuesday November 1st, 2011 at 1:00p.m. Cremation to follow. If desired memorial donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated.
