A young girl who was born on Strathnairn, in the County of York, Toronto. She made it through the Great Depression and World War II.
She became a single mother in 1968, retired in 1996 and loved it. She always lived quietly, politely, and volunteered with her cats along the way.
In 2020 she was diagnosed with dementia. However, she did not lose her mobility until the very end.
For 57 days my Mother was in palliative care at home with help from PSW's.
I was there for her last moments, just us.
Thanks to the Fitzsimons Clan and on the "One Hand" of people who made her transmission lovely.
