Peacefully in her sleep with her family by her side on Wednesday April 11, 2012 at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late William Ball. Loving Mother of Janice Carrick and her husband Doug. Cherished grandmother of Christine and Richard, great-grandmother of Amanda. Missed by her sister-in-law Doreen Golightly and brother-in-law Bernard Ball. Predeceased by her son William, her daughter Linda Stanley, her brother Bill Golightly and her brother -in-law John Ball. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road, Weston (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) on Sunday from 10am until the time of the funeral service in the Chapel at 12noon. Cremation. If desired memorial donations to the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation or to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
