Donato DeFrenza

Donato Arden DeFrenza affectionately called “Donny” passed away peacefully in his sleep surrounded by his loving family on March 8, 2023 after a long illness. He showed great strength and courage, while he battled Multiple Sclerosis.

Donny was born to Heather & Raffaele DeFrenza in Toronto, on September 4, 1976. Beloved brother of Sonya & Johny. He will be lovingly remembered by the Cameron & DeFrenza families. He is now reunited in heaven with his dearest grandparents.

An automotive technician by trade, Donny loved to play hockey. He inspired love & admiration in the people who knew him, by his humanity & courage. He will forever remain in the hearts of all who loved him.
Family and Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home (4671 Hwy 7, Woodbridge) on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. & 6:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Ward Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, March 16, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. Entombment will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
