Passed away peacefully on November 1, 2014 at St. Mary's Hospital in Kitchener, Ontario at the age of 81. Devoted and beloved husband of Yolanda for 55 years.
Proud father of Emiliana Walls (George), Hipolita Tavares, Dimas Arruda Jr. (Marie), Arcilio Arruda (Marlene). Dimas was also very proud of all his grandchildren and great grandchildren; Leandro, Joshua, Erica, Chad, Katrina, Jennifer, A.J., Christopher, Kayla, Nicholas, Myanna, Nate, Dante, Abriella , Ryan, Nathan and Leighan.
Dimas will be greatly missed and never forgotten by all his family and friends.
Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 52 Main St. South, Brampton on Tuesday, November 4th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.
A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 5th at 10:00 am at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, 66 A Main St. South, Brampton. Burial to follow at Assumption Cemetery on Derry Rd and Tomken Rd. in Mississauga.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Sick Kids Hospital, Covenant House and Peel Children Services.
