It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David on Monday September 10th, 2012 at the Toronto General Hospital.
Beloved husband of Nicky, father of Richard, Gemma, Ben and Chloe.
Son of Don and Rosanne, and brother of Nick and Hugh.
A Funeral and Service of Thanksgiving for David’s Life will be held at St. Simon’s Anglican Church, 1450 Litchfield Road, Oakville on Saturday, September 15th at 2pm.
Donations in David’s memory may be made to the Lions Foundation of Canada.
