Suddenly passed away on April 11, 2015 is his 46th year at his home.
Loving father of Jade. Brother of Sharon (Glen Kenny) and Steve (Mona). Proud Uncle to Candice, Stephen, Corey, Shawn, Daniel, Amanda, Brittni and Jordan. Dave will be sadly missed by all of his beloved family and friends and will always be remembered as a man with Golden Hair and a Golden Heart.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston, on Sunday April 26th, 2015 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
A Celebration of Dave’s life will be held at in the funeral home chapel at 3 p.m.
