Darel Thomas

Darel Andre Jameilo Thomas, 33 years old, resided in Atlanta Georgia. Passed away on October 10, 2019. Darel was born on December 11, 1985 in Spanish Town, Jamaica to his parents, Michael Thomas and Gloria Johnson, the middle child of the three boys to his mother, and one of nine siblings to his father. Darel graduated from St. Jago High School in Jamaica. There was always competition with his older brother Duran on who could be the best in school, obviously Darel. He later on, graduated from Shiloh High School and Hart Lake Secondary School. He then earned his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Biology at Georgia State University. Darel then successfully got into the only school he applied to, Emory University School of Medicine, where he studied Anesthesiology. He became an Anesthetist working at Grady Memorial Hospital with some exceptional people.
Visitation will be held on Friday November 1, 2019, at Ward Funeral Home, 52 Main Street South, Brampton from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral Service will be Saturday November 2, 2019, at 1:00 pm in the Ward Funeral Home Chapel
