It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our cherished Daniel on Wednesday January 2nd, 2019 at the age of 16. Loving son of Angelo and Nadia and admired big brother of David and Eric. Daniel will be greatly missed by grandparents Grace, Ferdinando and Santina, aunts and uncles Apostolo (Sue), Antonia (Anthony) and Domenic (Daniela). Sadly missed by his cousins Michael, Jessica, Julia, Peter, Marcus, Matthew and Massimo. He will be fondly remembered by his many family and friends. Daniel has been reunited with his cherished Nonno Mike.

His kind nature and gentle soul touched all those that he knew. His humor was infectious and his presence was embraced. Daniel loved playing basketball with his friends.

Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, 905-851-9100 on from Sunday and Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Padre Pio Church 5500 Major Mackenzie Dr., Kleinburg on Tuesday January 8th, 2019 at 10a.m. Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
