Cynthia Jones

Cynthia Jones, daughter of Charles and Vera, was born on March 15, 194_ (she never liked to share her age). She passed away peacefully on February 27, 2026.

Loving wife to Rupert Jones and beloved mother of Howard, Kevin and Ingrid. Our family matriarch is survived by her siblings, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren and many friends.

A phenomenal woman who lived life to the fullest, she always had a full social calendar and almost always had a full tank of gas. She marched to the beat of her own drum.

Cynthia will be greatly missed but left us with an abundance of great memories.

May she rest in peace. Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home on Thursday March 12, 2026 from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held March 13th at St. Leonard’s church at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery
