Peacefully at home on Wednesday, February 22nd, 2012. Predeceased by her husband Sam. Loving mother of Ronald (Sandra). Beloved sister of Mario and Camille and the late Nick. Cherished grandmother (nonna) of Sam and Chris. Dear aunt to Anita, Dean, Tony, Cindie, Nick Jr.,Mario, Tina, Michael and Debbie. A special thanks to Dr. David Sedran, and caregivers Dolly and Marietta. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, 905-851-9100, on Friday February 24th from 3-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St.Francis of Assisi Church, 101 Grace Street (Grace and College) on Saturday, February 25, at 10:30am. Private family burial following Funeral Mass. Memorial donations may be made to the Behaviour Institute Children’s Bursary, ( School for children with Autism) a charity close to Connie’s heart or The Heart and Stroke Foundation.
