It is with profound sadness the family announces the passing of Connor Davis Land. Passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at the age of 17. Much loved son of Patricia Land. Funeral Liturgy will be held at St. Dominic’s Roman Catholic Church, 2415 Rebecca Street, Oakville, on Wednesday, November 02, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Following the funeral service friends are welcome to join with the family at the Coach & Four, 2432 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville. In “lieu” of flowers donations to your local food bank or Big Brothers of Halton would be appreciated by the family.
