The Lord has called home His child, Clarence (Klaas) Posthumus born June 14, 1935, Hantumhuizen Friesland, The Netherlands, departed January 25, 2019, Brampton, ON. Beloved husband and partner of Ann (Antje) Posthumus for 62 years. Father of George and Luanne Posthumus, Stirling, ON., Andy Posthumus and Katie Walker, Edmonton, AB., his much loved and sorely missed daughter, Diana Crandall (late, 2010) and her husband Robert (late, 2008), Welland, ON., Ed Posthumus and Brenda Goettler, Calgary, AB., and Stan Posthumus and Val, Dunnville, ON. Dear son of the late Sjoerd (1991) and Teakje (Greijdanus) Posthumus (1939), beloved stepson of Dirkje (Terpstra) Posthumus (1980). Son in Law of the late Oane DeBeer (1995), Dirkje (Visser) DeBeer (1965).
Brother and Brother in Law of Sjoerdtje and the late Mark deHoop (1996), late Jaap (2008) and Annke Posthumus, Eke and the late Jan Kroese (2003). Ann would like to thank Dr. J Pereire, Dr. R Meyer and their staffs for the exceptional treatment Clarence received. The staff at Credit Valley Hospital were generous and kind while Clarence was in their care. Anne is also grateful for and would like to thank all the staff at Holland Christian Homes.

Interment at 11:00 a.m. at The Brampton Cemetery, 10 Wilson Avenue, Brampton, L6V 1T5.
