Unexpectedly passed away at home on Monday April 22nd , 2013 at the age of 54. Beloved mother of Nicole, Shannon and Michael. Loving daughter of Thelma and the late Reginald Whiteley. Cherished sister of Reg, Bonnie, Marie, Bev, and Janet.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston, on Sunday from 2-4 p.m.
A Celebration of Chris’s life will be held in the chapel on Monday April 29th, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
