TERSIGNI, Christina – After a courageous battle with cancer, Mrs. Christina Tersigni passed away on Sunday, March 18, 2012 at Brampton Civic Hospital with loving family members at her side. Beloved wife of 35 years of Luigi Tersigni. Nurturing mother to her son Michael, daughter Nadia (husband Ken) and stepdaughter Anna, proud grandmother to Xavier, Gabriel, Jason and Angela, cherished daughter of Secondina, loving sister to Emilio, Tony and Pia, sister-in-law to Rose, Alicia and Rich. Christina’s memory will live on in the hearts of her adoring nieces, nephews and friends. Christina was an exceptional woman who enriched the lives of her family and friends with generosity and love. She will be missed dearly. Funeral mass will be held in St. Anthony’s Church, 940 North Park Drive, Brampton on Friday morning, March 23 at 10:30 am. A private cremation will follow the service. Viewings are March 21 from 7 to 9 pm and March 22 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm at Ward Funeral Homes, Brampton, 52 Main St South (905-451-2124).
