It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our dearest mother and grandmother Chrissoula Rizos in her 70th year. She has joined her loving husband of 50 years the late Konstantinos. Loving mother of Peggy (Jim), Helen (Mike) & Tommy (Maria). Proud grandmother to Terry and Christa. Dear sister of Toula & Anna. She will be lovingly remembered by her nieces & nephews.

Her home was the central location for those near and dear to gather, she was a motherly figure to those she knew. Her homemade pastitsio was one of her grandchildren’s favorite dishes. Nothing made her more happy or complete than being surrounded by her loved ones, family dinners were an especially important time to her.
Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home (4671 Hwy 7, Woodbridge) on Thursday, January 12, 2023, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. & 6:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral service to be held at Sts. Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox (1 Brookhaven Dr., Toronto) on Friday, January 13, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Phillip’s Anglican Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to the Diabetes Association.
She lived each day to its fullest and represented all that is good in life. She will be forever loved and sorely missed.
