Passed away peacefully surrounded by members of her beloved family on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at the age of 93. Devoted wife of the late, Bruno
Proud mother of Josephine (Emilio), Angelo (Marisa) and Franca (Tony). Cherished Nonna of Jonathan (Melissa), Stephanie (Alessandro), Elisa (Peter), Rebecca (Daniel), Daniel and Breanna. Great Nonna of Evelyn, Isabel, Owen, Giuseppe and Thomas.

Carmela will be sadly missed by her many family and friends both here in Canada and in Italy.

She will be fondly remembered for the love of God and her family. Carmela was an active member of St. Anthony's Parish in downtown Toronto. In her senior years at Villa Giardino in Woodbridge, she religiously assisted Father Claudio with the preparation of weekly masses celebrated at the retirement home.

We recall that Carmela and Bruno's home on Shaw Street was a happy environment, open to all. They enjoyed quality time spent together with family and dear friends. Nothing would bring a warm smile to our mother's face than having those she cherished seated around her table, sharing a meal and raising a glass during the weekends those many years ago.

A devoted wife, Carmela has been reunited for eternity with the love of her life, Bruno.

Forever loved and always remembered as our dearest mom. God has called you home.

Family has requested for all guests to wear a mask during both visitation and funeral.
