Kellam-Carman Douglas (Lifelong Resident of Brampton, WWII Vet. Manager, Royal Bank of Canada (Bloor / Dovercourt Branch, Toronto)
At the Brampton Civic Hospital on Monday January 2nd 2012 surrounded by his loving family. Carman treasured life and fought valiantly until the very end. Beloved husband of Ivy (Livermore) formerly of Lancaster England. Loving father of David (Ruth), Jeanne Bank, and Douglas (Susan). Cherished grandfather of grandchildren Darryl, Leslie and Laura. He will be sadly missed by sister Mary Mara, sister-in-law Nora Kellam, brother-in-law Eric Livermore and wife Florence in Lancaster England as well as many nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by younger brother Frank, parents Bertha (Taylor) and Isaac Kellam. A special thanks for the loving care offered to Dad at Greenway Seniors Residence and the nurses and doctors in the Orthopedic Surgical Unit of Brampton Civic Hospital.
Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 52 Main St. S. (Hwy 10) Brampton, on Friday from 10 until service time in the chapel at 11 a.m. Interment Brampton Cemetery.
