Passed away peacefully on July 8, 2014 at home, surrounded by his beloved wife of 68 years, Maria Costanza, his sister Maria, his children, Chiara (Carmine), Mary (Tony), Domenic (Rose) and his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He will be reunited with his daughter Lina in heaven.
To be in Carlo’s presence was to be surrounded by warmth, passion and love that lit up the room. He will be remembered for they joy he brought to others through his story-telling, poetry and beautiful operatic voice.
Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Highway 7 (just west on Pine Valley Drive), Woodbridge on Friday from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church, 100 Bainbridge Ave in Woodbridge on Saturday July 12th, 2014 at 9:15 a.m. Entombment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
