Passed away peacefully at Carpenter Hospice on Friday, July 1st, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. He will be sadly missed by the love of his life Joy; daughters Julie (Mark), Jill (Corbin) and by his beloved grandchildren, Connor, Ryan, Nathan, Charlotte and Andrew. Survived by loving sister Jennifer (Robert). Preceded in death by parents Doris and Bob (Robert) Bennett. Bryan came from modest beginnings where he was taught to have a strong work ethic, honesty and integrity from both his parents. His love of golf and hockey were evident throughout his life whether it was telling a golf story about his Dad or watching his grandkids play hockey. Bryan made a wonderful life for his family. While raising Julie and Jill, he studied in the evenings to earn his CMA while building his career in Information Technology. This allowed him to travel with family, golf with friends and his son-in-laws and eventually realize his dream with Joy of owning a cottage on Star Lake. Always the storyteller, one of Bryan's greatest joys was making us laugh or telling his legendary monster stories to his grandkids.
Special Thanks to the caring staff at Joseph Brant Hospital and Carpenter Hospice. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Carpenter Hospice would be appreciated by Bryan’s family.
