The family announces with sorrow Bridget’s passing on Thursday, October 15th in hospital in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Wilfred William Munroe (1982). Dear Mother of Shirley Pritchard and Jerry (Rose ) Munroe. Cherished grandmother of Scott Pritchard, Stacey Pritchard, Ken Munroe (Nadia) and great grandmother of Brody and Ryder. Sadly missed by her siblings Jack Dunne and Isobel MacDonald. Predeceased by her two sisters Kathleen Hoare and Peggy Mitchell. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston, on Tuesday, October 20th from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. A Celebration of Bridget’s life will take place in the Ward chapel on Wednesday, October 21st at 1:00pm. Interment to follow at Sanctuary Park Cemetery.
