Unexpectedly on Sunday, April 6, 2014 at the age of 44. Beloved son of John and Elizabeth. Brian will be missed by his brother John and sister June Samms (Rene).
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave) Weston, on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. A Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at 1p.m .
Cremation to follow. If desired donations to Centre for Addiction and Mental Health would be greatly appreciated.
