Peacefully, at St. Josephs Healthcare Centre, Toronto on Friday April 20, 2012, Brian Batterton in his 75th year. Dearly beloved husband of the late Sheila. Loving father of David (Antonietta) and John (Sarah). Dear grandpa of Amanda, Evan, Tenneasha, Christopher, Brianna and Liam and great-grandpa of Jazmine. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston on Tuesday from 7-9pm and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (49 George St., Weston) on Thursday at 11am. Interment to follow at St. Philips Churchyard Cemetery.As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. Josephs Healthcare Centre would be appreciated.
