Peacefully passed away at the age of 57, surrounded by his loving family at Brampton Civic Hospital, on Wednesday, September 4, 2013. Beloved husband of Sina for 32 wonderful years. Proud father of Melissa and Michael. Cherished son of Lina and Tony (predeceased). Dear brother to Mary (Alberico). Gino will also be sadly missed by his in-laws, nieces, nephews and his many friends and family. Gino’s profound passion for flying was only surpassed by his unrelenting determination to design, build and take flight in his Glasair II S FT aircraft. He loved life and lived each day to the fullest. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy. 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, 905-851-9100, on Sunday, September 8, 2013, from 2-4 and 6-9p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Margaret Mary Church, 8500 Islington Ave., Woodbridge, on Monday, September 9, 2013 at 10a.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. Joseph’s Health Centre – Cancer Ward would be greatly appreciated.
