Bernard Lacroix

Passed away surrounded by his family after a three month battle with Leukemia.

He is survived by his loving wife & teenage sweetheart Auryse (nee Roy), being together for 49 years; loving father of Dr. Thomas Lacroix & his wife Janice Wood-Lacroix, Kevin Lacroix & his wife Lara Cusitar-Lacroix, Sharon Lacroix & her partner Derek Queen. Cherished Poppa to Taylor, Nicholas, Cameron, Kensie, Danica & Amber. Survived by his mother Norine Wilkinson-Brummer & her husband Jerry Brummer; and his sister Cathy Lacroix & her partner Denis Benwell. Predeceased by his father Arthur Lacroix.

Retired Vice President to Royal Bank of Canada. He will be greatly missed by his many family, friends & colleagues all across Canada.

Family & friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds St., Oakville (905-844-3221) on Saturday June 23rd & Sunday June 24th from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 pm. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday June 25th at 11 am at St. Andrew Church, 47 Reynolds St., Oakville. Cremation to follow.
