Benvenuto (Romano) Tonello 1926-2013
Passed away in his sleep on February 28, 2013. Father of Alexandra (Joe Pereira) and Jerry (Anne-Louise Sabo). Proud Nonno of Matthew and Zachary, and David Pereira (Michelle), and Bisnonno of Victoria and Samantha. Predeceased by his wife, Lina. Romano will be missed by his brother, sisters, and family in Friuli, Italy. The family would like to thank the 4th floor nursing staff of Villa Leonardo Gambin for their loving and compassionate care. Family and friends may visit at the Ward Funeral Home, Woodbridge Chapel, 4671 Highway #7 (east of Islington Ave.), Monday March 4th, 2-4 PM and 6-9 PM. Funeral mass Tuesday March 5 at 9:30 AM, St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, 100 Bainbridge Ave., Vaughan (Martin Grove Ave. north of Hwy 7). Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Villa Leonardo Gambin Charity would be appreciated, 7065 Islington Ave., Woodbridge, ON L4L 1V9.
