Beatrice Di Serio nee Arpa

Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday, July 22, 2022 at the age of 84.
Devoted wife of the late Antonio Di Serio and mother of Angela (Edward), Luigi (Rana), and Giuseppe. Beloved Nonna of Michael and Amanda.

Beatrice was born in Palazzo San Gervasio, Italy and came to Canada in 1957.

Beatrice worked various jobs, many which involved sewing. She was a self-taught seamstress and made several beautiful recital gowns for her daughter. She took meticulous care of her home, kept a spotless house, and cooked delicious meals for her family. Her favourite hobby was gardening.

Beatrice was a fashionable woman, always dressed "to the nines", particularly for special functions and occasions. She enjoyed dancing very much; she and Antonio (who was an excellent dancer) made a graceful and striking pair on the dancefloor.

She will be missed by family and friends who loved her.
