It is with heavy hearts the family announces the passing of Barbara on Wednesday August 3rd, 2016 in her 88th year.
She will be remembered for her love of flowers, sewing and knowing all the players on the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Dear wife of the late Giovanni. She is survived by her daughter Emmanuela, son-in-law Brian and her granddaughter Joanne and her husband Michael.
Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road, Toronto, on Friday August 5th, 2016 from 2-4p.m. and 6-9p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Bernard de Clairvaux Catholic Church at 1789 Lawrence Avenue West, Toronto, on Saturday August 6th, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Entombment to follow at Prospect Cemetery & Mausoleum at 1450 St. Clair Avenue West, Toronto.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated.
