BUCHANAN, Aubrey - Founder of A. Buchanan Floor Coverings, Toronto. Longtime member and Past President (1980) of the Weston Golf and Country Club. Peacefully in his 86th year on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at the Toronto General Hospital. Beloved husband and best friend of Marjorie (nee Weeks) for over 60 years. Loving father of Karen Dunning (Brian), Rick (Kim) and Terri Lee Birker (Hans). Cherished grandpa of Ben (Nan), Alison, Travis, Kyle, Emily, Katja, Liam, Quinci. Fondly remembered by his sister Ellen Sibbert (Stan) and by his brother Grant (Maggie). Aubrey will be greatly missed by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Rd. (North of Lawrence Ave.), Weston, on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at 1 p.m. Interment to follow at Sanctuary Park Cemetery, Weston.
