Artress Dawn McFarlane

At the age of 79 passed away on January 14, 2026 in the City of Vaughan, Ontario Canada

Artress was born in Linton Park, St. Ann, Jamaica to Cecil and Emma McFarlane.

On January 14, 2026, Artress passed away peacefully at the King City Lodge, King City, Ontario.

She is survived by three sisters, seven nephews, five nieces, six grandnephews, seven grandnieces , two great grandnieces and many cousins.

For many years Artress worked in the field of accounting. She later ventured into creating and operating her own businesses. She was the proud owner of McFantastic Cleaning and Upholestry Services. She held several diplomas pertaining to her line of work. As well she obtained a degree from Seneca College in Business Administration. She was an accomplished entrepreneur. Artress was involved in her community and she volunteered often at the local church.

Celebration of life services will be held on Saturday January 24, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Ward Funeral Homes, Woodbridge Chapel.
