Antonio Di Serio
He emigrated to Canada in 1959 and married Beatrice (nee Arpa) on October 31 of that same year.
By profession, Antonio was a tool and die machinist and lathe operator, but he always had a life-long passion for the arts. He loved to sketch, draw, and paint in oils. He wrote poetry and composed songs. He was a terrific ballroom dancer and a highly skilled soccer player; in fact, he continued to play in friendly games well into his sixties.
Antonio believed strongly in the importance of family and was at his happiest when family members, immediate and extended, were all together.
Antonio will be greatly missed by his devoted wife, Beatrice, his beloved children Angela, Luigi and Giuseppe, and his grandchildren Michael and Amanda whom he loved so dearly.
