It is with very heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our dear Antonio D’Alessandro on September 17, 2025, in his 86th year. Antonio was born in Bovino, Italy on May 13, 1939, to Lorenzo and Giuseppina D’Alessandro, and was one of 8 children (Francesco, deceased at the age of 2 months). He will be greatly missed by his siblings Marino (Lucia), Raffaele (predeceased) (Gina), Santo (predeceased) (Michelina) and is now reunited with siblings, Natale (Carmella), Michele (Monique), Giovanna (Antonio). Antonio is now reunited in heaven with his first wife Dina Micco D’Alessandro.

Antonio will be forever missed by his beloved wife, Lucia, with whom he spent 29 wonderful years. He will be fondly remembered by his son, Lorenzo (Vicky), and stepdaughters Marisa (Domenic), Lidia (Russell, predeceased), and Ornella (Leo). He was a doting nonno to Sabrina, Nadia, Natasha, Natalie (David), Giancarlo (Kaitlyn), Adriana and Claudia, and was the proud bisnonno of Sebastian, Isabella and Giulia. He will be sorely missed by all of his nephews and nieces.

Antonio dedicated his hard working skills for 32 years of service, at McDonnell Douglas and Boeing Corporation.

Antonio had a fondness for spending time in nature and bird watching, he loved gardening, going on long distance bike rides, swimming in the ocean, and especially loved to travel with Lucia. Also, he enjoyed playing sports such as tennis, badminton and bocce. Antonio enjoyed spending time listening to opera and classical music, like Mozart and Beethoven, reading about history, watching documentaries, nature and animals. He will be remembered for his witty demeanor and his determined personality.
