It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Antonio Abel Palhetas, in the presence of his wife Maria Teresa after 55 years of marriage. He leaves behind his beloved wife Maria Teresa, his daughters Christina and Sandra his four grandchildren Patrick, Lucas, Kevin and Isabella and son in law Kenny. Sadly missed by brothers and sisters family and friends.

Antonio Abel was a trained chef in Portugal, and worked as skilled welder in Canada. He loved working with his hands, be it his wizardry in the kitchen or skills as a handyman around the house.
His grandchildren were the apple of his eye, and he was and remains a hero to his daughters.
