GRACEY, Anne Caroline
Peacefully on Friday September 7, 2012 at Heidehof Home for the Aged, St. Catherines at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Stanley for 61 years. Loving mother of Paul and his wife Linda. Cherished grandma of Chantal and Andrea. Loving sister of Julie (Rudy Maier). Predeceased by her sister Agnes Cockerill. Anne will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 2035 Weston Road (north of Lawrence Ave) Weston, on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9pm.
A service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday September 12, 2012 at 11:30am. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society or to Heidehof Home for the Aged would be greatly appreciated.
