With heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of Angelo while surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at the age of 85. Beloved husband to Antonia for 67 years. Loving father to
Vito (Julia), Luigi (Maria) and Lucia (Pietro) Borrelli. Cherished grandfather to Ashley (Kyle), Amanda (Zach), Angelo (Sonya), Daniel (Krista), Marco, Roberto and Claudio. Dear great grandfather to Luca, Gianmarco and James. Brother to Anna (the late Pietro), Iolanda, Vittorio (Anna), Maria (Tonino) and Salvatore (Laura). Angelo was a modest, hard working and devoted family man who loved spending time in his garden or making his beloved wine. He will be dearly missed but lovingly remembered by his family and friends. Visitation will take place at Ward Funeral Home (4671 Highway #7) on Sunday from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. David’s Parish (2601 Major Mackenzie Drive West, Maple) on Monday, March 26, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Prospect Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Princess Margaret Foundation would be appreciated.
