Passed away peacefully with family by his side on Sunday July 2, 2017 in his 95th year. Devoted husband of the late Alfonsina. Proud father of Joe, Vince (Susan) and Emilia (David Newberry-predeceased). Cherished Nonno of Dustin, Christina, Daniel, Joshua and Cristina. Angelo will be sadly missed by his dear sister Elvira and his brother inlaw Joe and wife Evelina Grosso and his many nieces and nephews. Fondly remembered for being a family man and a great provider. Thanks for all the laughs and jokes we shared “We love you Dad.”
Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, 905-851-9100 on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. A Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. St. Peter’s, 100 Bainbridge Ave., Woodbridge. Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
