It is with great sadness the family announce the passing of Jack on Friday, June 13, 2014. Loving husband of the late Olive Menlove Slessor (2009). Dear father of Jane and the late Gina. Dear grandfather of Sarah, Emma and Andrew. We would like to thank the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, especially the nursing staff for their wonderful help and kind support. A Memorial Service will be held at the Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville, on Thursday, June 19th at 11 a.m. with visitation 1 hour prior to the service.
