Ambrozine was born in Cane Grove Guyana on February 10, 1934. She was the daughter of Frances and James Percival, she is one of twelve siblings, six brothers and six sisters.
Having two children, Junior and Michelle, also having six grandchildren; Omeika, Cindy, Karen, Collette, Nigel and Kalani, and eight great-grandchildren; Aniyah, Kayla, Chaeya, Devon, Ayden, Isreal and Tajaun.
