Amaya Chapman

Born May 13, 2012 into the loving arms of her parents, Bart and Leslie (nee Adams), entered into her heavenly home on May 15, 2012. Amaya is deeply loved by her mommy, daddy and big brother Elias. She will be sadly missed by her grandparents George & Susan Adams and Les & Denise Chapman and her great grandfather Cecil Soper. Treasured niece of Shawn, Jodi, Ryan, Deb, Matt, Laura, Karen, Adam, Jared, Alison and Geoff. Adored by her cousins Indi, Ruby, Lauryn and Will. Amaya is cherished by many other extended family and friends near and far. We are forever grateful for her short precious life which filled our hearts with immense joy and love.
Visitation will be held at Ward Funeral Home, 109 Reynolds Street, Oakville(905-844-3221), on Monday May 21st from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. We will gather to celebrate her life on Tuesday May 22, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Chartwell Baptist Church, 228 Chartwell Road, Oakville. Reception will follow immediately.
