Alice Raffin

It is with great sadness that we announce her passing peacefully at Etobicoke General Hospital on February 4, 2012 in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Illo (2007). Devoted mother of Bruna (Rudy) Berno, Angelo (Linda), Romel (Sue) of Calgary, and Mary (Loris) Sartor. Caring Nonna of Silvia (Joe), Dino (Laura), Nancy (John), Andrew (Mary), Jennifer (Mike), Philip (Sueann), Jessica (Jeff), Kayley, Michael and David. Loving bisnonna to fourteen- plus great grandchildren. Alice will be remembered in the hearts of many family and friends here and abroad. She was the glue of the Cividin family and the last surviving sibling. A special thank you to all of the caring medical staff at Etobicoke General during her stay. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston on Monday from 2-4 and 6-9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m., at St. Fidelis Roman Catholic Church ( 33 Connie Street, Toronto). Interment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery.
