Peacefully, on Friday, July 22, 2011, at the age of 87. Beloved husband of 53 years to his wife, Maria. Devoted dad to Dolores (Luciano Comparin) and Piergiorgio. Cherished Nonno to Melissa (Daniel Politi), Christian, Lauren, Kayla, and Jeffrey, and Bisnonno to Marcus. Survived by his sisters, Erna and Emma in Italy. Alfredo will be deeply missed by all his in-laws, his extended family and friends.
Family and friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home 4671 Hwy 7, Woodbridge (just west of Pine Valley Dr.) 905-851-9100, on Sunday, from 2-4 & 7-9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Roch’s Church, 2889 Islington Avenue, Toronto, on Monday, July, 25, 2011 at 10 am. Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
