Born on Jan 22nd, 1944 in Castelfondo, (TN) Italy, where his fondest and most cherished memories reside. Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Dec 28th, 2012. Beloved husband of Alida (d). Proud father of Stefano (Gina), Boris, and Kevin (d). Adoring nonno to Aidan, Simona, Michela, and Sofia. Dear brother to Maria, Giuseppe, and Elsa (d), and brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many.
Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy 7 (west of Pine Valley Dr.), Woodbridge, 905-851-9100 on Saturday, from 7-9pm, and on Sunday, from 2-4 & 7-9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Airways Parish, 7407 Darcel Ave, Mississauga on Monday, December 31st, 2012 at 10:30am. Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society, would be greatly appreciated by the family.
