Passed away peacefully with her sons by her side on Thursday, October 20, 2022 at the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital in her 85th year.
Predeceased by her beloved husband David C.M. Young. Loving mom of Wes and Rod. Dear sister of Frank (Doreen) Ley, Bob (Cathy) and predeceased by Bill and Jim. Alberta will be forever loved by her extended family and friends. Friends will be received at the Ward Funeral Home, 2035 Weston Road (North of Lawrence Ave. W.) Weston, on Sunday from 1 p.m. until the Celebration of Alberta’s life at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital would be appreciated. Click Here to donate
